Dear Backers,

We owe you an apology and a clear update.

We’ve run into unexpected production delays with our printer—the first time this has happened to us. As a result, fulfillment has been inconsistent: some backers have already received their products or shipping notices, while others have not. That’s understandably frustrating, and we’re sorry for the uneven experience.

We’re actively working with the printer and tracking fulfillment daily until all remaining orders are completed. We’ll continue to post updates as things move forward so everyone knows where things stand.
